Summary
Rule names with more than 24 characters are wrapped to a second line in the Application Explorer display even when the Explorer pane width is increased.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a rule with a name longer than 24 characters.
- Refresh the Application Explorer display to show the rule.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
