Summary

Rule Search Index is not updated by the /pyFTSIncrementalIndexer exception in the log file. 


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Configure > Systrem > Setting > Search
  2. Click the Reindex button of All Rules
  3. Select All Classes in the index and click Submit


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. 

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
Delete the Search directory content (PegaSearchIndex) and perform a restart.
