RuleNotFoundException after rules deployed to production

Summary



When rules are deployed in production an error appears during testing. This issue does not always occur.

Error Messages



RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-RuleType' with the name 'RuleName&=&PZPRIMARYPAGENAME=PYWORKPAGE' that applies to '@baseclass'; no rules with this name were found in the rulebase.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy rules to production.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change to the prconfig.xml file:
Set "systempulse/scanoffsetms" to 60000
