User sees the below error message in log, and are not sure what (and when) is triggering it, and requires fix for it.

Could not find a rule when appending a stream;com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find instance ShowMe-HarnessInsert of type Rule-HTML-Property
Steps to Reproduce
Not Applicable.
Root Cause
ShowMe-HarnessInsert is a Rule-HTML-Fragment instance. It was included in a Rule-HTML-Property instance by using pega:include jsp tag and type attribute was not specified.
Resolution
Add type="Rule-HTML-Fragment" attribute while including the rule inside a Rule-HTML-Property instance.
