Rules cannot be saved as the Rule form is not displayaed



User has migrated application from PRPC 6.3 to Pega 7.2.1. They are not able to save as the application rule or any other rule.

Steps to Reproduce

Perform SAVE AS of any rule. 

Root Cause

From the Pega Rules Startup log file, it appears that Applications Ruleset versions was still pointing to PRPC 6.x version rulesets.

That's the reason user is not able to save as any rule in Pega 7.x.


Upgrading the Applications Ruleset to Pega 7.x resolves the issue.
