Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade from Pega 7.1.5 to Pega 7.1.6.
2. Create a rule.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.

Resolution

Execute Additional upgrade scripts after upgrading data and rules according to the database. These scripts are located inside <MEDIA_PATH>\<VERSION>\ResourceKit\AdditionalUpgradeScripts.

Perform the following local-change.

Rulesets that get displayed while creating a rule or saving a rule are fetched from D_pzAvailableRuleSetsForRecord data page. The source for this data page is pzFilterAvailableRuleSetsForRecord activity.
