Run Report button not working

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega 7.4, after selecting the dates and clicking the Run Report button, the reports are not run. This occurs on the Internet Explorer 11 and Edge browsers.
This works on Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Steps to Reproduce
Click the Run Report button after logging in to the application as a Usage Validation user.
Root Cause
The executeUVUreport function used the advanced JavaScript which was not supported by the Internet Explorer browser.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51816.
