Runtime diagnostics level setting is not reflected

Application Diagnostics Settings Level was set to "Error", but MsgType of RuntimeLog.txt includes other levels such as "Info" and "Warning". The logging level was set to "Error" with the intent to reduce the log size as much as possible due to folder data capacity of client.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Set logging level to "Error"

Root Cause

Not applicable

If there is a strain on data capacity it is recommend to turn off all logging and only turn on logging once an issue is reported. If an issue is reported, turn on logging for the affected user and set the logging level to "Verbose" for All Categories. Have the user recreate the issue once logging is turned on. Logging set to "Verbose" gathers more diagnostic info to investigate and troubleshoot the issue.
