RunTime Toolbar is not visible in Interaction Portal

Summary



The Runtime toolbar does not display in the Interaction portal of the Implementation application created in Pega Customer Service.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Pega Platform 8.3.1 (base product).
  2. Install Pega Customer Service 8.3.
  3. Log in to Pega Designer Studio.
  4. Launch the Interaction portal.


Root Cause



From the Customer Service, the CSJsonHTMLFragment script caused the toolbar from displaying. That is, the code in this rule removed the Runtime toolbar when the access group had CSR or Manager in the name.


Resolution



Apply HFix-62026.
