RuntimeException: PRAppLoader was not properly initialized

Summary
After upgrading the infrastructure to WebSphere 8.5.5.13 using Oracle 12c database, unable to start PRPC 6.2 SP2.
Error Messages
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: PRAppLoader was not properly initialized, unable to load class com.pega.pegarules.web.servlet.WebAppLifeCycleListener

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Steps to Reproduce
Start the system.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
In the PRPC 6 platform, the queries generated from Pega are not schema qualified. If the system is run with a database user that is not the schema owner, then synonyms or a trigger on login must be created to set the current schema name.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
- Add the missing synonyms for all objects in the schema.
- Start the system.
