Same service code is mapped under different Benefits
Users see the same service code is mapped under different Benefits within a product with different default/variable amounts.
So when we receive a response from PCS, same service has multiple amounts tagged under different benefits with in a product. This is resulting in multiple rows in a 271 message type response.
Steps to Reproduce
This is working as designed. Service group codes by definition are designed to be reusable in more than one benefit. If the mapping on the benefit is incorrect, it would lead to an issue.
The PCS team indicates that the multiple codes mappings are supported by design. The customer should review the benefit mapping for the conflicting benefits and correct the one that is in error by updating it.
