Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the Pega application Login page (sample URL - https://aaa/prweb/PRAuth/aaa).
Root Cause
The user was redirected to the login page because multiple Authentication services were present.
Resolution
Perform either of the the following local-changes:
- To view only the multiple options and not the Username and Password box, disable the 'Platform authentication' service.
- Update the 'prconfig/timeout/requestor/shortlived/default' Dynamic System Settings (DSS) value to two or three (Minutes). The default is one minute. That is, by default, the user has 1 minute to enter the credentials on the login page. If the information is not entered within that time, the user is redirected to the general login page. Restart the application after applying the DSS.
