SAML: Trusted certificate entries are not password protected



SAML calls fail with an error.

Error Messages

Error while executing the Authentication Service activity : Unable to build SAML2 Authentication request : trusted certificate entries are not password-protected

Steps to Reproduce

Make an SAML call from the application.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
'Request signing' was enabled on in the Authentication profile.


Perform the following local-change:

In the Authentication profile, uncheck 'Request signing' option.
