Save As of Harness not working.

Summary



After Migration from Pega 6.3 to Pega 7.1, not able to save the Harness in Pega 7.1.6. Getting the error msgs.

Steps to Reproduce



Open the Harness Rule & save it to Higher Version or click on Save - Error msg is displayed & not able to save


Root Cause



The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. 


The application pre-resiquites was pointing to the old Pega-ProcessCommander version, i.e. 07-10-01. 




Resolution



This issue is resolved through the following local change: 


Updated to 07-10-99 (latest) resolves the behaviour.
