Save As of report with warnings is failing

Summary



When user tries to save-as of a report with warnings, report is not getting saved. 

As the hasMessages of Rule-Obj-Report-Definition is taking precedence over hasMessages of @baseclass. this When rule has an extra check for warnings.

Steps to Reproduce



1) Perform a Save-As of a report from report browser, using manager log-in. For developers its working. 
2) Make sure the report has a warning,ex: These properties are not optimized, and displaying them may result in poor performance: .DummyProp 

Root Cause



As the hasMessages of Rule-Obj-Report-Definition is taking precedence over hasMessages of @baseclass, this when rule has an extra check for warnings as well along with errors.

Resolution



Apply HFix-29463.
