'Save as' for reports : 'Failed to find PZUPDATESYSTEMSETTINGS'

Summary
When a user tries to perform 'Save as' on Reports, there is an error:
Error Messages
.pyUI.pyBody.pyUIFields(1).pyFieldName: This is not a valid property, or this is a property that cannot be referenced here.
Steps to Reproduce
Run a report and use the Save As link to try and save a copy.
Root Cause
Configuration setting change required.
Resolution
The Dynamic Setting database/AutoDBSchemaChanges was set to true. Changing this to false resolved the problem (following system restart).
