Saved signatures do not show up on mobile devices



When signatures are captured and saved, and then the user navigates back to the screen having the signature controls, the signatures are not displayed for Mobile devices.

When the same screen is launched on the desktop however, the signatures are shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download a mobile app with a Signature control onto a device.
2. Login and sign the signature box.
4. Click Save.
5. Reselect the app and open it.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Make below rule changes in the custom application ruleset:

1: Add 'D_FetchWorkData' line in 'pyDataPageSignatureBlackList' available rule.
2: Set the When rule 'pyIsWorkSignatureRequired' condition to 'true' in the application ruleset.
