Saving the section throws error with does not use by record

Summary
User upgraded from Pega 7.1.8 to Pega 7.2.1. While trying to save the section, it is throwing error .
Error Messages
"This record has 1 error(s) in 1 place(s) .
Body Include—
CMADetailsPdf does not exist for use by this record (Validate)." But the mentioned section is present in the system.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to save the section "AppTranscript".
Root Cause
Wrong page class is being sent for included section via clip board page.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29786.
