Sceen freezing on local action as pop up

Summary
After installing HFix-21468 in PRPC 6.3 SP2, local action configured as popup on a button is not working and the screen freezes.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a section and include a button in it.
2) On click of button include an action.
3) Run a local action as Modal window.
Root Cause
This is a bug in the product.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25416.
