Screen Alignment issue in Pega 7.1

Summary
In 6.3 we are using a customize HTML section to generate a PDF, which is working fine. But the same code is not generating the PDF properly in 7.1.
Allignment problem happening in 7.1 pdf.
I have attached the screenshots of generated pdf in 6.3 and 7.1 as well. Also the HTML code is attached which is used in both the versions.
Error Messages
Allignment problem in 7.1 generated pdf, which is properly alligned in 6.3.
Steps to Reproduce
When a PDFreport is launched from Case Manager Portal. Contents are mis-aligned.
Root Cause
The issue was with the width setting of the table. Which were left unchanged during upgradation.
Resolution
We have suggested the user to use 'min-width' insted of width which aligns the text correctly in the table, User has confirmed the resolution.
