Screen becomes blank on editing a decision table

Summary
The user reported that while editing a field in a column of decision table, whenever user click "Insert OR After", the focus gets shifted and the screen becomes blank.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a decision table
- Click "Insert or After"
- Just keep pressing enter key such that the focus jumps out of the decision table
