Screen displays gray area in the default container

Summary
On changing the background color in the Mixin Rule (in the Base settings) tab, a gray area displays at the bottom of the screen in the Default container in the application skin.

Steps to Reproduce
- Change the background color to yellow in the application skin.
- Open the default container layout format.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Add the below style in the UserWorkForm.
<style>
body > div {backgound :white;}
</style>
- Create a CSS file which has the above code and add this file in every harness.
