Screen displays incorrectly when using the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the Manager portal
  2. Open any case in Internet Explorer


Root Cause



The issue is caused because flex is not supported in Internet Explorer.


Resolution

Perform the following local-change:
  1. Change all the dynamic layout setting from optimized code to legacy code in the Presentation tab of the dynamic layout properties
  2. Allocate maximum width Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) property to the dynamic layout present in the CreateFSR section
