Screen lock due to rich text editor onchange refresh action

Adding refresh section to a rich text editor control and performing a spell check causes iFrame issues. These issues, depending on the section refreshed, can cause the editor content to be displayed as HTML (refresh self) or cause buttons and links in the harness to stop working (refresh other section).
This issue is only observed on IE11 browser. Below error message is displayed when running spell check.
