The screen does not remain constant and moves when entering information after validation errors appear on the page.

Steps to Reproduce
- Enter incorrect information for validation errors to appear on the page
- Correct the errors
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design. A vertical scroll bar was introduced as the grid included multiple rows of data. When the cursor passed across fields, which had a smart tip configured on them, to those fields which required error correction, the harness was resized to calculate the position of the smart tip.
Resolution
Replace the smart tip with tooltips.
