Steps to Reproduce
On click of a Generate Letter button
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules User has upgraded IE browser and ocx files got deleted from C:/windows/Downloaded Program files by upgrading the browser
Resolution
User need to install all ocx files at server level atleast once.
