Screen reader does not read keyboard focus correctly



After logging into the Interaction portal and opening multiple cases, unable to access the cases which open as tabs in the header using a keyboard as the screen reader does not read the keyboard focus correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Launch the Interaction portal.
  3. Open multiple tabs in the portal.
  4. Navigate through the tabs using the Tab key on the keyboard. The screen reader does not read the keyboard focus correctly.

Root Cause

Pega Customer Service (CS) does not use the out-of-the-box tabbed functionality.
