SA-93512

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add the inline double and triple grid with a text label.
  2. Save the changes.
  3. Launch the case.
  4. Open the JAWS reader.

Root Cause

A third-party product issue: JAWS application

Resolution

Here's the explanation for the reported behavior:

JAWS read the elements on the screen multiple times because the user clicked the text labels multiple times. The control moved forward when the Tab button is clicked. However, since the text label is clicked multiple times, JAWS retained its focus on that label and read out the same repeatedly.
