The screen refreshes continuously and unable to perform any action.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the CRM approval portal
  2. Click any one of the records from the CRM workbasket grid
  3. Click the Approve button
  4. Click the Close button on the next screenThe CRM workbasket grid displays and the screen refreshes continuously

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
When there is a nested Connector call in a data page-based invocation, errors related to Performance tools (PAL) timers occur in the logs.


Apply HFix-43904.
