When selected a ticket from the list by double clicking, the screen that shows the ticket details is not getting displayed fully. That means that the user is not able to see the full screen as it is shrinking and hiding the details.
No error message but the screen is getting shrinked and hiding the details from view of the user.
Steps to Reproduce
Login into agent portal
Doble click on a ticket from the list under the "group tickets" tab
ROOT CAUSE &
The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.
User was using depricated work area control with panel sets configured in the screen layouts
This issue is resolved through the following changes:
- Suggested user to upgrade from work area control to dynamic container.
- As using panel set is not supported for screen layouts, placed the dynamic container as the direct child.
