Screen replaced with a smiley face during CTI call



During a CTI call, the ' Smiley face' Soft Phone image displays on the entire screen, intermittently. This occurs on both Windows 10 and earlier versions, and the Internet Explorer 11 browser.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the application and answer a few calls. 

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.
Internet Explorer Enterprise mode was enabled.


Perform the following local-change:
  1. Modify the Group Security policy.
  2. Disable access to the Internet Explorer Enterprise mode.
