Scroll bar appears in print

Summary
When the user prints any case by clicking over the print in the case manager portal which is available in right panel on internet Explorer then scroll bar appears in the printed document.Issue is reproduced only when user selects A4 size paper as preference and the scroll bar is not visible in Print Preview.

Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Portal.
- Open any case.
- Click on print and select A4 paper size.

Reason for scrollbar could be due to the margins applied while printing(default margin varies among print drivers).
Another reason could be due to inline styles applied in smart layout cells. In user sections there are smart layouts and in few layout second cell has inline width as 700px.
Issue is not reproduced with default print settings. After making changes to type setting(Plain) which increased margins then the issue is reproduced. This is specific to the device and the print driver. Users have to adjust margins and other settings to avoid scroll bars.
