Scroll bars and dequeue button missing in Interaction Driver



When processing an Interaction in CPMHC, users observe scroll bars and the Dequeue button in the To Do list are missing or displayed incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce

Open an interaction in a CPMHC user portal and observe that the scroll bars and dequeue button are missing.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules that resulted in certain UI elements displaying incorrectly.


This problem is resolved by installing HFix-10010 and HFix-22004.
