Scrollbar displays in Firefox browser

Summary
User opens a work object which is already opened, a pop up shows with message "Work object already opened.. " message. This pop-up has a scrollbar.
The issue occurs only in Firefox 38.0.5 browser. It is working fine in Internet Explorer.
Error Messages
No error message.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Open a Work object from portal.
2) Try to open the same work object again.
3) Observe a popup displayed with message "Work object already opened ?"
Root Cause
A software use or operation error : It is the expected behavior as per browser.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior: Both Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers display scrollbar.
However, if user tries to increase the size of the pop-up manually, then scroll bar disappears in Internet Explorer where as it is retained in Firefox. It is not a product specific bug.
