Scrollbar does not scroll to screen bottom for SetFocus

The 'Set Focus' action for a Click event is configured on a button to focus an editable element (that is, Text input) that is present at the bottom of the screen. The button is at the top of the screen.
On clicking the button, the element is in focus. However, the scrollbar does not scroll automatically to the bottom of the screen. Hence, the focused element is not visible on the screen.

Expected behavior: On clicking the button, the scrollbar must automatically scroll down to the bottom of the screen such that the focused element is visible.
