Scrollbars do not display for dynamic container

In Pega 7.2, user customises the pyPortalContent section to include the application specific harness in a dynamic container. The container has the settings, Mode: Single Document and Fill(100%) Width. The scrollbars display automatically when the window size is not sufficient to display the content.

When the user upgrades to Pega 7.3, the options available in the Layout Properties and the settings for the dynamic container change. The settings for width and scrollbars do not display.
