Search does not work as the index is corrupted.

 

Error Messages

Root Cause



The Reindex button was unresponsive.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
1. Stop the server
2. Truncate Pr_sys_queue_ftsindexer and pr_sys_statusnodes tables
3. Restart the server, node by node
