The Search Functionality in CSR Portal is not working. The user observes an issue with the Global Search functionality of CSR Portal. Search is failing due to RD 'PegaApp-Interface-Contact.CPMSearchContact'.

- Login into CSR portal
- Perform a global search in the Interaction Portal
Root Cause
The class mapping for class PegaApp-Link-ContactAccount is to <schema-name>.pr_other. Mapping is wrong.
Resolution
The class mapping of PegaApp-Link-ContactAccount should be <schema-name>.pa_account_link.
