Search Re-Index for the Data and Work classes do not work



Search Re-Index for the Data and Work classes do not work and the Check button display an error.

Error Messages

Work Index File Unavailable or Corrupted.

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to reindex all or specific Work or Data class from the Search Index landing page.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.


Make the following change to the operating environment:
  1. Delete the contents in <Search Index File Directory>
  2. Restart the server environment
  3. Verify the node ID and start the re-indexing of data, rule, and work classes
