Second Radio Button is disabled in Repeating Grid Layout

Summary
A repeating gird is configured to display a set of questions in a Questionnaire. In the repeating grid layout, when multiple radio buttons are present, all the radio buttons are disabled except the first.
The user can only select the first set of radio buttons and not the second row of buttons.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a dynamic layout Group.
- Repeat a radio button control with Yes or No answers.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Create a new section for the Questionnaire only.
- Add a Circumstance for this section.
- Remove the dynamic layout group.
