Secondary report filters not updating results correctly

Summary
When you select multiple filters on columns in a report, the second and subsequent filters show all items instead of being reduced by prior filter actions.

Steps to Reproduce
1. In the report, filter one column according to a criteria. The number of rows in the report reduces because of the filtering.
2. Now check the filter criteria for a different column. All the filter criteria are displayed instead of just those values that are currently available in that column.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules. Filtering is not updated with the results of prior filters.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Pega 7.1.8
