Section getting refreshed onclick on Navigation menu

Summary
When clicking on Navigation menu included in a Repeat Grid, the Grid Section was always getting refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce
Click on Navigation menu which is included in a Repeat Grid
Root Cause
If layout style is changed from Fixed to FitContent, flickering of ratings was not happening. The layout style need to be consistent with the alignment of the sections included.
Resolution
Issue was resolved after changing all the sub-sections of Repeat Grid layout style to Fixed (to maintain Unique style).
