Summary

System throws an error when a section is edited and saved for the first time. The section was edited by adding defer load activity.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a section.
2. Add a tabbed layout.
3. Configure a defer load activity in the tabbed layout properties.

Root Cause

When saved for the first time, the pyDeferLoadRetrievalActivityParams property is appended instead of remaining empty in the rule data whenever there are no parameters in the activity.

Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-14693, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
