Summary
A particular section is not visible in the Review harness until the user explicitly refreshes the harness.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a section that is visible in the Review harness only.
2. Specify the pzIsReview visible When condition for the section.
3. Process the work object and move it to an assignment of Review.
4. Observe that the section is not visible.
5. Refresh the harness from the action button.
6. Observe that the section is visible now.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems code
The pzIsReview Visible When condition for the application considers the harness type as a Confirm harness instead of a Review harness when the workobject is moved from an assignment of type Perform to another assignment of type Review.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Create a custom When rule like pzIsReview, but change the B condition to param.HarnessType != Confirm.
