Summary

Developers have reported that, Survey questionnaire in a property is not wrapping up in IPad.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the portal
2. Create a case which has radio button type survey questions (having long text) in IPad.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules.

User is having very long Labels for Radio buttons in their section which are not getting wrapped when application is rendered in IPad.

Upon reviewing the User section Pega found that for Dynamic Layouts and Cell properties below option were not checked.

      1. "Set layout width to auto" option was unchecked for Dynamic layouts property (in Presentation tab).  
      2.  "Wrap text" option was unchecked for cell properties (in Presentation tab).

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
 
Labels of Radio buttons are getting wrapped after making below changes:

      1. Change the Dynamic layouts property in Presentation tab, by selecting the option "Set layout width to auto".
      2. Change the cell properties in Presentation tab, by selecting the option "Wrap text".​
