Security setting is preventing generating MS Word document

Security changes are applied in QA region with Pega 7.1.7.

After applying the changes, user is not able to generate the MS Word document.

User is getting the error: SilverLight Control ERROR in 'GetAbsUriAllCookies': Cannot find absolute server URI.

Below are the list of DSS and the values set to turn on the security settings:
initialization/urlencryption = true
initialization/submitobfuscatedurl = required
initialization/displayexceptiontraceback = false
initialization/setsecurecookie = true

User has now turned off the settings by reversing the above DSS variables. User is able to generate the document.

However, mandate is to have the security settings in place. User requires GCS personnel to look into the issue and let know how to generate the MS Word document with security settings on.
