Steps to Reproduce

Restart jvm to notice the exceptions.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The Pega server node tries to determine its own SOAP URL and populates it in the URL field of the alert.

In some cases, for instance if it is behind a proxy server, it cannot determine the correct URL.

In those cases it usually fills in the wrong URL. From this troubleshooting AES article the solution to this problem is to go into the PegaAES-Data-Nodes instance and manually edit the URL:

Resolution

Perform the following local-change steps:
  1. Log into AES Developer portal and open PegaAES-Data-Nodes instances.
  2. Click on the monitored node instance.
  3. Enter the correct URL for PRSOAPServlet in ‘Connection String’ section ONLY.
