Segment run failure when "Sampled segment option" enabled

Summary
An existing segment generating customer count correctly. To restrict customer count to 500, the "Sampled segment option" in "options and schedule" tab is enabled. The segment now generates count as 0 and the segment history displays and segment population error occurs.
Error Messages
PopulateSegmentTable: SQL Error ocurred while populating the segment PopulateSegmentTable: SQL error while populating segment: There was a problem getting a list: code: 936 SQLState: 42000 Message: ORA-00936: missing expression
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Segment
- Enable Sampled Segment Option
- Run Segment
Root Cause
The segment execution logic references the “Data-Admin-DB-Name • SetDBSpecificInfo” data transform rule from PegaMKT-Engine:07-11-05. The rule for customization has been overridden and the customized rule was missing many of the sets from the out-of-the-box rule.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add all the missing Set values from the out-of-the-box SetDBSpecificInfo data transform rule into the overridden rule.
