Summary

The 'Select all' check box appears intermittently on grid header when user selects some offers during offer negotiation intent.

Steps to Reproduce

a) Launch OOTB NBAA portal
b) Enter a customer id and start an 'Offer Negotiation' intent.
c) A screen with various tabs is shown on screen. Navigate to offers tab.
d) A grid is shown with few entries. The grid header does not have any check box.
e) Make some selections in the grid.
f)  It is observed that when a selection is made, the grid header gets the checkbox suddenly and then disappears.

Root Cause

A JavaScript code is written to hide the checkbox. When a selection is made from grid, the grid section gets refreshed. During the refresh, the grid initially shows the checkbox and then through JavaScript it gets hidden. Thus, the checkbox appears suddenly and then gets hidden. 

Resolution

The problem is resolved after applying a CSS style on the grid header checkbox to hide it by default. The code changes are packaged in HFix-21943.
