Select All checkbox in Bulk Actions do not select all records

Summary



"Select All" checkbox in Pega OOTB Bulk Actions in Case Manager 7 portal is not selecting all the records in all pages.

Though all the records in a page are selected on clicking "Select All" checkbox; if user navigate to next page; the records in the navigated page would not be selected; however the "Select All" checkbox would still be shown checked or selected.

Steps to Reproduce



1.Launch the Case manager portal.
2.Click on bulk actions.
3.Go to Process tab and select "select all" checkbox.

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules

Resolution
